LRF Maintenance is independently owned and operated by Larry and Sandy Ferris. We have been serving businesses and home owners in Central Ohio since 1974. Over the years we have provided just about every building service you can imagine. We have built homes, commercial buildings, tenant improvements and heating and cooling service. Our primary business is heating and cooling sales and service. We feature American Standard equipment, but service all makes and models. This Website is our first advertisement! For 34 years it’s all been word of mouth and referrals. Our goal is to centralize our business in the Greater Pickerington area to better serve our clients and bring them the utmost in home comfort. We sell equipment but our business is comfort.

Our technicians have an average experience level of over 20 years.  We attend a minimum of 20 hours continuing education each year. We review lessons learned on a daily bases which allows us to diagnose problems quicker and with more accuracy.
