Maintenance Contracts

For your convenience we have maintenance contracts starting as low as $99. The summer maintenance includes a visual check of the equipment, a filter change, special detergent cleaning of the condenser coil, and check of the refrigerant charge.

The winter maintenance includes all the above plus a cleaning of the furnace burner chamber or in the case of heat pumps a check of the heat strips. Actual cost is based on the location, quantity and type of equipment. The example is for a typical split system at ground level.

 

Extended Warranties

Extended warranties are available for all our new equipment installations. We also honor all warranties of our competitors. Some limitations may apply.

 

Service and Repair

If anything should go wrong with your air conditioning or heating unit this can be a big disruption. to make things easier for you we service and repair all makes and types of equipment. Name brand parts and materials and used to ensure quality and reliability.

 

Air Quality Products and Controls

Whatever your make or type of whole house filter systems, humidifiers, thermostats, or air exchanger, we will service it or provide you with new units.

Do It Yourself Parts and Help

If you’re the person that just likes to fix it themselves we will help with equipment, parts and instructions.
