I provided client with an estimate for a new full HVAC system.
Performed a diagnostic service call for a 2018 AC unit. AC needs coolant; System runs but can't keep temperature setting. Customer complaint was that the AC was unable to keep the temperature where they had it set. Upon inspecting filter to ensure good airflow for testing I found it plugged and marked 01-15-21. I changed the air filter with a customer provided replacement and began checking refrigerant pressures. With the outdoor unit wrapped for low ambient charge checking I was able to see a stable 9 degree subcool with al other measurements within normal ranges.
